Associations or sanctioned by a National Association
shall be accepted. Both entry forms and fees must be received by November 17, 2011. No late entries will be accepted.
Applicants must provide an entry form, mandatory release form, tournaments records and ranking information, verification of age (example: USTA card or passport). Foreign players must be endorsed by their respective federations.

| REFUNDS: |
No refunds will be made after November 29, 2011 for either main draw or qualifying draw. Before November 29, 2011 $75 will be refunded.
Withdrawals made 14 days prior to the scheduled start of the singles
main draw will be refunded. Such withdrawal notification MUST be submitted in writing. |

THE TOURNAMENT

STATUS DIRECT
Acceptance lists will be posted on the tournament website
on November 22, 2011. National Associations and
players are responsible for checking their status.
No adjustments will be made to the acceptance list
after November 22, 2011. Any adjustments necessary
following withdrawals, etc. after November 22, 2011 will
be notified to players on arrival on-site.
Entries will be decided based on the latest available ITF junior rankings,
ATP, WTA and national rankings. A player's previous record in the tournament
will also be taken into consideration. |

Please make sure that your guests mention to the Reservation Representative, that they are attending the American Tennis Cup 2011 Reservation Code: GCUP124 to receive the special guest room rate of $95.00 for single or double standard room and $155.00 for suites (Celebration, Executive, and Parlor).
- Guest rooms are subjet to 9.7% tax, per room, per
night.
- Maximum room occupancy (4) four persons with two adults to child.
- Room rate includes two (2) complimentary Breakfast per room per night.
- Additional breakfast would be provided at a charge of $7.99 per person.
- Each guest will be required to leave a daily $75.00 deposit by cash or credit card upon check in.

| RULES & REGULATIONS: |
Default will be declared 15 minutes after match is called. Singles and
doubles matches in the 18 & under will be two (2) tie-break sets and one (1) match tie-break. 16 & under categories will be two (2) tie-break sets and one (1) match tie-break.
All singles matches in the 14 & under and 12 & under categories will
be two (2) tie-break sets, with a tie-break used in lieu of the third
set. All doubles matches in the 14 & under and 12 & under categories
will be an eight (8) game pro set with a tie-break at 8 games all. (Except finals).
The deadline for withdrawal without incurring any penalty is 14 days prior
to the scheduled start of the singles main draw.

IPIN and the ITF Juniors Age Eligibility Rule U18 event at the Miccosukee Resort - American Tennis Cup 2011:
IPIN:
All players who play on the ITF Junior Circuit must have an IPIN and pay the annual IPIN Membership Fee.
If you do not already have an IPIN please go to www.itftennis.com/IPIN to register.
Age Eligibility Rule:
Only Boys and Girls born between 1 January 1992 and 31 December 1997 may participate.
Players may not participate unless they have reached their 13th birthday before the start of the Main Draw. |

Players must have proof of insurance
and ability to pay for medical care, as well as emergency
contact information in the event that medical care is
necessary beyond that which is available at the tournament
site. The tournament provides on-site training services. |
