HOTEL RESERVATIONS |
In order to secure the tournament rate
at the Miccosukee Hotel & Convention Center,
competitors must place their reservation before November 18, 2011 and remember to quote
the “American Tennis Cup 2011 Reservation Code: GCUP124 ” when making
their reservation.
The tournament rate will not be available after November 18, 2011. All
reservations made after this date will be charged at the regular
hotel rates.

Please have the guests of your group call the Resort at 305-925-2555 or 877-242-6464 to make their individual reservations or faxed their reservation request to 305-221-8309 or emailed at ebode@miccosukee.com
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
A deposit of one night accommodation and tax is required at the time of reservation. Each individual will be responsible for their own room; tax and incidental charges and they will also be responsible for their own cancellation and no show penalties. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid loss of first night’s deposit.

ROOM RATE AGREEMENT
Special room rates have been secured for your group. Please make sure that your guests mention to the Reservation Representative, that they are attending the American Tennis Cup 2011 Reservation Code: GCUP124 to receive the special guest room rate of $95.00 for single or double standard room and $155.00 for suites (Celebration, Executive, and Parlor).
- Guest rooms are subjet to 9.7% tax, per room, per
night.
- Maximum room occupancy (4) four persons with two adults to child.
- Room rate includes two (2) complimentary Breakfast per room per night.
- Additional breakfast would be provided at a charge of $7.99 per person.
- Each guest will be required to leave a daily $75.00 deposit by cash or credit card upon check in.
- The hotel will do their best to honor you and your guest’s requests, but cannot guarantee room type availability.
- Check in time for a group is 3 P.M. and check out is Noon. Exceptions may be made if requested in advance and when availability permits.
